Getting a read error every time at 45% any ideas?

The disc may be dirty or has most probably a very fine scratch. Pretty sure it is a scratch.That's why it always stops at 45%.meaning it stops always at the same spot.Clean the disc first and try again. If it stops again at 45% or near it,you have definitely a scratch.
