Simposons season 20 disc 1

hello i am having problems copying both the blu ray version and dvd versions of this same disc, i get read errors, at least the 2 copies ive tried for blu ray (of 3) have been in reasonably pristine condition as is the dvd copy ive tried to make, they all play on stand alone players fine, and in the dvd/lblu ray drives in the computer, ive tried all of them on 9069 as well as 8225 with all the same result, posted below are the logs

That log was from 9063 if you tried 9069 and get the same read error theirs a good chance their are deep scratches on the disk so try cleaning them good first clean the laser also with a cleaning disk in case theirs dirt or dust on it.

Check your blu rays drive for the latest firmware.Try to remember to copy new disks not used ones that get scratched up.Takes only a small scratch to trip up copying a disk although it may play fine decoding/encoding is a whole different ballgame that needs disks in unscratched condition.

I hope someday Fab can be made to skip over these bad spots so many people are having this same problem with scratched disks.
