Problem opening Despicable Me 1

Hi,

I can't open the disc with DvDfab 9 (and also 8)... However, I was able to play to movie in my desktop blu-ray player and the disc shows no scratches...
Dvdfab sticks at ''opening source...''

Download Vso inspector a free program to check disk sectors for errors and does a stream test.Do both it takes awhile but will show if it's a bad disk.

You have read errors in your log about 12 mins. in check very close for scratches near center hole where movie starts also clean disk so theirs no dirt or fingerprints even if it's not dirty..If no scratches clean laser with cleaning disk and make sure your blu ray drive has the latest firmware.This is a older disk you should always make copy's when disk is new to prevent this.

Download Vso inspector a free program to check disk sectors for errors and does a stream test.Do both it takes awhile but will show if it's a bad disk.

You have read errors in your log about 12 mins. in check very close for scratches near center hole where movie starts also clean disk so theirs no dirt or fingerprints even if it's not dirty..If no scratches clean laser with cleaning disk and make sure your blu ray drive has the latest firmware.This is a older disk you should always make copy's when disk is new to prevent this.
