This is the message I've gotten with the last four releases of DVDFab. It doesn't matter if the disc is a new release or a 10 year old movie it always says the same thing. Versions 9063, 9067, 9070 and 9072 all do this. The last version that still works properly for me is 9060 so that's what I'm being forced to use.
I have uninstalled the previous versions, done a registry sweep, rebooted, then installed as per instructions in another thread. This hasn't solved the issue. I don't like not being able to update because sooner or later I'm gonna run into a movie that isn't supported by 9060. Is there any more info on this problem?
