FYI running latest beta 9.1.0.2 and also having issues with this Blu-ray title. Mine is selecting 801 on blu-ray and I'm getting french visuals with english audio but the audio is lagging behind the video as well.

I have no problems with the audio, but also ended up with french visuals. What we also need to find out is what is what with these titles.
On my 2D version Region A, i get these:
Title800: 01:43:47
Title801: 01:44:17 (discovered to be french visuals)
Title802: 01:44:17

As some of us have discovered, no not subtitles but visuals.
The Signs, lettering on sweaters, note pads, etc., all in French while language is English.Comment

On the 3d version the writing on the buildings is going to be in french because the producers of the disk did not put a English writing in the 3d version of the movie.
On the same 3d disk if you take the 2d version from it it plays correct with English writing on the buildings English soundtrack but not in 3d.
I don't have the 2d blu ray only the 3d version so I can tell you that's the way the disk is you will get English talking but no English on the buildings and I tried all versions on the 3d disk.
On the 2d version you can take just the 1st chapter from each title and play it in the viewer to see if the writing is in English on the buildings.Last edited by glenns; 11-15-2013, 10:27 PM.Comment

When I play the 3d version off the disk in 3d the names, labels, etc., are in English.
In other words the English is there some where.Comment

On the 2D version I selected Main Movie and previewed each title until I found that 800 was the English version. The title on the 3D version may not be the same but the process should be. Click the plus sign next to "other titles" should be several versions of the movie just preview them one at a time until you find the one you want.How to post the internal log

jsmiddleton4:When you played the 3d version you played it back in 2d correct? because if you played it in 3d like your post says and the writing on the buildings and tablets and signs on the booths where theirs selling stuff outside in home made stands are in English then Fab is picking the wrong title. I tryed title 800 and the movie came out in 2d not 3d but the signs were correct in English.
As the 2d version has the correct writing on the buildings in English however when played in 3d that version only has french writing on the buildings but English soundtrack.
I don't see a English 3d version with English on the buildings and signs in the movie on any of the titles on the 3d versions.I believe they did a rush job on this 3d version and left out the English writing on the 3d movie or it's something Fab doing wrong.
For the 3d movie:
Fab picks title 801 this is in 3d and English but movie sets writings is in french.
Title 800 Sets writing in movie in English but this is 2d not 3d title.
Title 802 sets writing not in English.
Title 803 sets writing in movie correct but audio is a/c 3 hearing impaired audio only

No. I played it in 3D.
I have ripped the non-3d title from one out of the 4 disc set that is non 3d and manually picked the 800 track and it is fine.
Have yet to figure out the 3d rip however.Comment

I purchased the 3D set. It has the 3d, bluray, DVD and digital copy. 4 discs.
I archived the non-3D version. My media server playback setup is not hdmi 1.4 so 3D via my media server/mkv is not an option.
The non-3D version, regular bluray, when I let DVDFab pick the track to convert DVDFab picked the English audio and French visuals.
As another user discovered it is necessary to manually pick the English Audio/English video 800.
For folks who have archived the 3D version and are seeing the English audio and French visuals the explanation that the English audio/English visuals is not on the disc is inconsistent with the playback.
I do have 3D capability. I just don't have 3D via my media server setup. The 3D version which works fine with English audio/English visuals with the original disc and my 3D setup. The English visuals are there somewhere otherwise I'd not see them with the 3D version.
I have not and can not test 3D MKV's as a result.Comment
