Obviously, I cannot update this software version. I have tried every version since 9.0.6.3 and this message pops-up everytime I insert a Blu-ray movie. I always try uninstalling an reinstalling several times but it never works. It does not do this on a DVD only on a Blu-ray. Please DVDFab team I have read several posts with individuals having this same concern. Please, please can we get this fixed.

Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Did you upgrade from dvdfab 8 version?
Have you regenerated your key and reinstalled it?Before to ask support:
