I'm unable to do anything with this title with DVDFab. It starts to scan the disc and then comes up with a prompt "To open this Blu-ray disc, please update DVDfab software". Tried with both version 9.1.0.5 & 9.1.0.6, anyone else having the same issue?

Or re-download V9106 from .
