Problem description: I use Blue Ray copy for copying movies to my hard drive. But when I play the movie, it does not start at the beginning, but in the middle of the movie. It's either missing chapters or the index for telling where to start.
Details::
I am using 8.2.2.9, but the problem is exactly the same when using 9.1.0.8.
I have tried full disk, main movie, customize, iso, but the problem persists.
I play back the movies using WD Live. WD live has worked perfectly with previous blu ray copies. This seems to be a new issue.
Hardware:: Intel motherboard, Samsung SH-B123L blu ray burner.
No new updates or recent changes.
This makes BLU Ray copy unusable. Please if anyone has some idea or suggestions, please help
