DVDFab Blu-Ray Copy - Red 2 - Movie does not start from beginning

I did a Full Disc Blu-ray backup of movie Red 2 to my external western digital 4TB hard drive. When playing the movie the movie does not start from the beginning. It starts about 5-10 min or so into the movie. I'm running DVDFab v9.1.1.1 Blu-ray copy with 3 yr subscription. Please see log attachment.
