Is there a way to set the temporary directory from the command line? I know how to do that with the GUI but I would like to be able to set it with each instance I call from the command line?

Sorry to say, DVDFab does not support to set the temporary directory from command line.
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
