Now You See Me fails to copy

Now You See Me fails when trying to copy datay13.bin, with error code 102.

I also tried 8.2.2.9 and it fails with the same error on the same file.

Not only did it fail, but both programs report that it is 72.854 GB in size, which is obviously incorrect.

I had no problem manually copying all of the files from the media, so the disc is not bad.

Use clone to hard drive so you make a Iso of the disk then burn.

I had tried that, but it didn't work. When I tried to burn the ISO, it hit an address that was not legal on the consumer 50GB disc.

Sorry to report that it failed on the same file. It also still thinks that the disc is 72 GB in size.

That is going to be a little difficult. In order to have the logs only contain the info regarding this disc, and to keep them smaller, I deleted the three log files that were there.

I then ran the job and went back to get the logs and there is nothing there. The program did not recreate the logs.

                Bug?

Well, I installed 9.1.2.5 and reran the job. Same error and no log files.

Take Fab off the computer using control panel. When it asks to save settings click no, then clean registry with the free version of cc cleaner reinstall Fab from the front page of Fab web sight, reboot computer when it asks then reset all your fab settings in the program and see if this corrects things for you.In Fab settings your settings should be as in my screen shot.

I don't know what you mean by this:I had no problem manually copying all of the files from the media, so the disc is not bad.

Fab doe's all copying you don't manually do anything except select what you want to do in the Fab program.

Put store brought disk in Fab 9125 select clone/burn put the output on hard drive to change format or reduce in size or put in a blank disk and output to your disk burner and hit start fab does it all for you.

It means exactly what I wrote. I used Explorer to copy all of the files from the disc onto the HDD in order to make sure that drive could copy all of the files without any errors, i.e., the disc didn't have any scratches, etc., to keep it from being read.

Fab doe's all copying you don't manually do anything except select what you want to do in the Fab program.
I didn't use DVDFab for this test.

Put store brought disk in Fab 9125 select clone/burn put the output on hard drive to change format or reduce in size or put in a blank disk and output to your disk burner and hit start fab does it all for you.
As I said, I did use the clone feature to create an ISO version on the HDD. Then I ran imgburn (from imgburn, not DVDFab) and it had an error because of an illegal address. The manufactured copy went to a sector address that does not exist when consumer 50GB media is used.

I have to hang my head in shame. It just didn't make any sense that the logs weren't rebuilt. So I went looking again, only to discover that I went into the DVDFab directory, not the DVDFab9 directory.

So, I deleted the logs there and reran 9.1.2.5 on the disc. The logs were rebuilt. I see nothing in the logs that gives any indication as to why it failed, only that it failed on the previously mentioned file and the error number.

In any event, here are the logs:

The two values you listed are when it was doing a copy, not a clone copy, so the numbers have no bearing on the issue. The log info I posted is only from doing a 50 GB copy.

The ISO that DVDFab9 created via the clone copy is 49,778,917,376 bytes in size.
