DVDFab V9125 won't rip but V8230 will!!??

Hello;
I must be doing something wrong here. I appreciate any help from you DVDFab Gurus out there!
I just updated DVDFab9 to the latest today. I purchased a lifetime licence for Bluray copy.

I launched the software. I used my external Samsung brand BR disc burner. DVDFab 9 took about 8,5 minutes to analyze the original BR disc. ( A concert disc. I changed the output to BR25. I have only 25 GB Verbatim brand BR discs. My destination drive to save data is the default subdirectory for DVDFab9.

The software just stalls after this initial analyzing. absolutely nothing happens. It happened with 2 different concert BR discs.

If I use version 8230, everything works. All the data is saved on hard drive. Then, I put a blank disc in the external drive. DVDFab 8 burns the file(s).

The blank disc plays perfectly in standalone BR player (Sony player).

Any reason why DVDFAb 9 stops working?

My computer is ASUS K55A laptop with Win 8.1 and 8GB RAM.

You need to post a log from 9.1.2.5, a log from a successful rip is not going to help.
