what kind of error are you getting?

...does the disc have any smudges or fingerprints on it?

well, when i watched the unrated directors cut on my standalone, got to ch 5 & the screen went fuzzy then on ch 6 & after, no sound etc. so put it in my computer, watched theatrical cut no probs all way thru, but when i tried to save it got a windows 7 error specific to my drive & raid setup & dvdfab froze, whether it was full disk or just movie. weird. oh well. thx was a brand new disk from netflix, looked like it had never been played, real shiny no scratches etc. think it was just a bad disk even tho it looked "clean."
