3D Copy Trial Use of BluRay Ripper

I wanted to try the trial version of the blu ray ripper but when I clicked on it the program tried to access your web site but couldn't connect. I can't try out my new blu ray drive!
Any suggestions? My registered DVDFab worked fine when validating me when I used it this afternoon.

Trial Works But Errors

installed 9.3.3.3 so trial now works.
Had problems with 2 BR's -what are error codes 102 and 104?
