Miami, the first thing to try is going into common settings and turning off all GPU acceleration. The 8200m is not CUDA capable and could be causing a problem? Turn it off and give it a try, if it still won't backup post the new log.

Will do. Wha's odd is that Fab worked fine on one BR and not on two others before I posted my problem.
There's only 1 place that mentions acceleration "reencode bitrate" which I unchecked and I changed something else to software from CUDA. Everything else was already software.

Yes, thank you -- I saw the message from DVDFab but I'll play it on my Oppo which has not had the firmware upgraded in a while so I can play ISO's with Cinavia.
A couple of things with Old Boy. It did work following the graphics settings suggestions (thanks!) even though it took 5 hours! New question -- the Old Boy main movie is 31GB and I just wanted to compress it to under 24GB but when it was done converting to ISO it was 8gb. It said compression level 90%. When I tried ripping "Out of The furnace" main movie it said compression level would be 78% so I assume it will come out nowhere near 24GB. The first BR I converted (I'm So Excited!) without changing the graphics setting had a main movie size of 23GB and it said the compression level was 100% and the finished ISO was 23GB. How can I change the compression level so I get a finished ISO near the BD25 max? And I'm figuring that since I"m So Excited! didn't need to be compressed and reenoded the graphics settings didn't mean anything so it worked fine.

I did select BD25 for both Old Boy and Out of the furnance as your jpg showed -- both were main movie and both exceeded 24GB (main movie was over 30GB for both before compression). Old Boy came out as a 8gb ISO and now Furnance is showing 78% compression for a 31GB main movie so I assume it would finish around a 9GB ISO. I would like to get the finished ISO's as close as possible to 24gb.

Added: If the selection is BD25gb and the main movie is 31GB, shouldn't the compression level be 22% instead of 78% and bring the ISO file in around 23GB instead of 8 or 9gb?
