Blu-Ray copy results in 4Gb file

I'm using the copy movie only option to copy a BR disc but end up with files of only around 4Gb. The file in the resultant STREAM folder is an unplayable m2ts file of around 4GB instead of the expected 24Gb.

It is as if it is creating a DVD from the Blu-Ray which is not what I wanted.

You didn't specify which title and region you had the problem with. Also, what option did you select when ripping (BD50, BD25, etc)?

The disc was Mamma Mia Region B and I selected BD25. I've just realised I've got GPU acceleration on with a ATI 4800 series graphics card.
