General question has anybody have a problem trying to make a copy of there blu-Ray disk of Frozen 3D.

General question has anybody have a problem trying to make a copy of there blu-Ray disk of Frozen 3D.

I have mine ordered on amazon.uk - Doesn't release till Mar31st. And there is no 3D version scheduled in the US as of yet.

So, haven't had a chance to back mine up yet. Wont get it from amazon till about April 7-11.

Where did u get yours already?

Frozen 3d will not back up

I received my copy yesterday from Amazon.de. The 3d version will not back up. DVDFAB keeps running, shows no error message, but at 18% it no longer copies, the time clock keeps running but time left shows 0000. Very strange, I have never not been able to back up a disc up until now. I tried both Full and MAIN, but no dice. I am using version 9.1.3.8.

Their are at least 3 versions of this 3d disk 2 from the UK and one from Germany that I know of may be more so your going to have to post your log files and a buy link if you want help with this 3d version of the movie.

The 2 3d disks from the UK are region free one user confirmed it plays in the U.S. on U.S. players the German version may not be region free.Of the 3 versions some have the short get a horse the German version is missing the short The real making of the Ice queen.Different release dates and run times of the 3-3d disks most come with the 2d version one doesn't of the UK versions.Some have hd sound some say dts hd some say dolby digital hd so theirs a lot of differences.Also could be a second German version.

I have the German version of Frozen 3d (Die Eiskönigen) which happens to be Region Free. I live now in the U.S. I purchased it through Amazon.de

I know it's a new disk but theirs a read error so check to make sure theirs no fingerprints or dirt on the disk first.

Now go into Fab settings for GPU settings and turn all Gpu settings off by putting a check mark in the box use all software and try again.

Also your LG blu ray drive has a update that you can update here follow all directions to the letter as if you don't you can ruin your blu ray burner.

Hi,

A log won't help here as it seems NOT to be a problem with "Copy/Full Disc" !... But i found a solution (kind of...)

My idea was : maybe it's a problem with the ISO, so i did the cloning again, checked the disc itself but result was just the same.
I always used a cloned ISO-Image made with DVDFab and had that issue with this disc (Frozen).
After doing a new ISO-Rip, done with ... 'Not DVDFab' there was no issue and
i was able to do a 25GB shrink (FullDisc) without any problem!

So as far as i can see it's a problem with the clone/burn/rip process!

PS: this 'solution' works for the black-screen bug, too.... (http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showthread.php?t=19470)

Give us a buy link if you purchased it from the website .
If got black screens, tried to play on the power dvd and TMT player . Please provide specifications of burn disc . The version of your BD player device that you have tried to play

The movie "Frozen" (3D) gives a freeze when converting to 25GB (full) at around 18%, when the ISO that is used was done by DVDFabs "copy/clone"-mode.

The Blackscreen problem is something completely different and happend with other movies...
(only the way i 'fixed' the freeze-problem is the same as with the blackscreen-problem...)


ps: i bought the disks in a store... so no link.
