I put in this this and nothing happens no error messages nothing I then look at the log files and there's nothing there probably because it didn't recognize the disk has anyone had any trouble with this movie?

I just picked it up today (4.3.14) and it worked fine in 9.1.3.7, update and give it a try.How to post the internal log
