EPIC not being backed up, hangs

I am trying to backup the movie EPIC.

DVDFAB9 claims "Analyzing completed sucessfully" then states "Copy Process started"

However, the Task Schedule bar stops at 99% (from the analyzing part) and it locks from there.

It doesn't even appear to be spinning the disc, and there are no lights going on on the drive(s)

I have tried two different BD drives with the same results. I have had no issues with any other disc.

I can post any logs if someone can tell me where to find them.

I updated as you stated, and now it hangs when reading the disk.

I get a new window that says something about making a selection in like 30 seconds or the window will close.

Which log do you need to see?

There were several logs so I deleted them so I would capture the current log. I restarted the PC then tried to copy EPIC as I normally do.

The process has again hanged up on the analyzing stage (99%), yet it says the copy process has started as well as tells me the video reencode bitrate and Intel GPU acceleration for lighting-shrin..(cut off)

The process stops counting at 4:44 on the clock (and has been sitting there running like this for 1/2 hour with no change.

I copied what logs it made below:

        "fab_burn.log"
        this log is empty

Also note that attempting to cancel the entire operation and close the program results in a spinning circle and eventually if you try to close a white screen, that I have to force close.

          Hi broderp
Please disable Cuda and Lightning Shrink and try again.

            No joy.

It appears DVDFAB is having an issue with reading the disc. I keep getting a read disc error.

I unselected Lightning shrink (I wasn't using Cuda) and the same thing.

The disk is clean (it is new) and I did a test burn of GRAVITY and it was fine. With Lightning Shrink enabled, it backed up Gravity to my HDD in about 40 minutes.
