Make sure you follow all firmware directions to the letter or you can make your blu ray drive useless.

Post a link where Fab can buy the disk or the region of the disk and if the disk was a single disk or from a set so they can get it.

You have the correct update for your drive now.Sometimes the drive company's update keys for blu rays
making newer disks play better that's why the firmware should be updated to the latest.

Some company's have a update log telling you what's in the update. LG doesn't so there's no way to tell for sure but if a update is out you can be sure there's a reason for it.Staying updated with the latest firmware eliminates that your burner is the cause for problems.I have seen other company's that do have update log files with updated blu ray keys to make blurays play better in their log update.

If you brought the disk on line like Amazon you can go to the disks page and save the link then include in a post if you brought it in a store then disk region will tell what country the disk is made for so Fab can buy the proper disk.

Different county's include different copy protections the same disk as US. or UK. may have different copy protections so Fab needs to know what region the disk is meant for also if its from a set of disks or a single disk helps them getting the same disk as you have that doesn't work with Fab.Doing this makes the process faster so they can release a fix for this disk asap.

The Chinese staff will take a look at this when they come back from their weekend.You did all you can it's now up to them to get the disk and you will have to wait for a server update to be able to copy this disk.In the mean time you need to wait.This movie just came out April 8th.
