Cannot copy "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug"

I am trying to copy a BD "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug", purchased in Canada, Zone A, non-3D. I get the message: "To open this Blu-ray disc, you need buy or renew DVDFab "Blu-ray copy" (I am using the free HD Decrypter). When I retry the operation, the program tries to read the disc and seems to be stuck in this mode.

The drive firmware is the latest one. Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 plays this disc in this drive with no problem.
