Always creates BDs that hang

I've worked with a number of Blu Ray discs lately and DVDFab consistently produces copies that "hang." Almost always in the last few chapters of the movies. It will just get to a certain point and stop. I can't advance by chapters or by frames.

I'm using good quality, name brand media.

Anything I can do to try to prevent this?
