Trying to process "I, Frankenstein" and the sytem barely even starts before it errors out with no joy. (Error 102)

Clean the disk well it can't have deep scratches or it won't copy.Also your LG burner is 4 versions of firmware out of date update here to the version at the top of the list then try again.

Follow all directions or you can render your blu ray drive useless.

Updated, cleaned but still no joy...

Thank you for the direction however still no joy at my end... (updated FW and checked/cleaned disc)

Still Error 102 when trying to clone or full disk - the movie plays fine in the player though - Interestingly enough when I try to do a compressed copy 50>25 I get a different message now - Error 401

I had no trouble making a cloned iso 50 gigs with the US. version of this 2d/3d movie.Do you have Fab burn engine set in settings for burner if not try setting it to Fab burner for blu ray burner.If that don't work,

Try main movie from the disk and see if it copy's as this disk may have different copy protection on it.

Seems to be a BD Reader specific issue!

Well in an attempt to get this going I tried my older PC with a different model drive in it (BH12LS38 - FW 1.03) and low and behold it is actually working!
Don't know what that implies but all seems to be working and the video is compressing without issue now!
