Possible to improperly rip Blu-ray that works?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RIP A DISC TO ISO THAT IS INCORRECT, HENSE NOT ALLOWING IT TO BE RIPPED TO MP4?

    Detail:

I bought the Blu-ray of "HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN.

I ripped it to an ISO file that I use on my PC with DVDFAB Media Player.

This ISO plays fine, the BD plays fine on my Blu-ray player.

I went to rip it to MP4 for my ASUS TF300 tablet.

The rip process never completes, never crashes DVDFab, but I have to cancel the process after several hours of nothing. Other rips work and complete just fine.

I've been trying now for over a week and am at a loss.

    Bug or bad Disc?

Post the internal log for a failed attempt so the smart guys can have a look.
