DVDFab Server is not Functional

Hello

I'm backing up "Sons Of Anarchy, Season 6 Blu-ray". I've done the first 3 discs fine. The 4th won't read. I have been getting a message that states "DVDFab Server is not Functional"
Could you please reboot the server please?
