Menu not working on compressed 50gb BD to 25gb BD

After copying and compress a 50 gb BD to a 25 gb BD of a concert, I realised that some features on the BD menu don't work, for instance, choosing chapters/tracks you see them but don't work, choosing next track on the remote don't work either.

Any ideas on fixing this or it's a bug?

    Thank you

      Hi Dora,

Thanks for your reply. Excuse my ignorance, I'm new here, what is an "internal log"?

To play I use both pc bluray player or/and sony home cinema bluray player. Same error on both.

              Hi Quim
From the log, i see you open the folder on your HDD. How do you creat that folder?
How about the original disc? You can compress from real disc compress to BD 25 save to HDD or burn blank disc.

First I've made a complete copy (50 gb) to my HDD, then burned to a 25gb disc.
