        I am also have trubble with this. I am trying with the non 3D version. I am in region B (Sweden). Fab will not recognise the BD disk. Tried with 9168 and 9170. The drives just spinns but nothing comes up.

          Seems like that it's the read disc issue, not protection issue.

          Please comfirm that the disc could be read fine in Windows Explorer first, and then start DVDFab.
          Maybe you need to check your BD driver if Windows Explorer also could not read the disc.

          Please post the DVDFab internal log file if you you still have problem.

            Also having this problem, in New Zealand so guess same region as the AU issue. Would be great to get a fix to this one please.

              I tried this on my other rig and with another external drive. And now it works! Strange. Perhaps I should look for an update for the other external drive (LG)...

                      Still have a problem of X-MENoFP. 9.1.7.1 seems not to be able to decrypt protection. I tried 9.1.7.2 beta too.
                      Here's log file. I hope it's surely uploaded :-(
