    Compressing too much?

I don't know if this is a problem or not, but it seems DVDFab is compressing my ISO main movie copies of my blu-rays's too much. I have set the "Writable Media Size" in Common Settings - Blu-ray Write to 23500 MB, and after trying to make a movie only copy of "Draft Day", the resulting size of the ISO image
is 17.6 GB. After checking the log, it said the estimated output video size should be 20501 MB, which even that seems small, considering a BD-25 blank will hold 22.9 GB (I only use Verbatim blanks). Is this a problem?

In my experience, due to the different movies, codecs and all of the other factors built it into video compression, it's difficult for programs to predict the filesize. I have found that mostly true of almost every version of DVDFab I've used. I use their estimate more like a ball park figure rather than an approximation.

It's not the estimated size I'm wondering about... It's why DVDFab is compressing the final ISO image so much....

You can disable GPU in common setting and try again.
I think it cause by cuda lightning-shrinking.
The estimated size was not display precise size when you use CUDA gpu. We are trying work out.

There does seem to be a problem when using CUDA.... I have done
a Main Movie backup of "Draft Day" with CUDA and Lightning-Shrink enabled, as well as just using software compression. The final ISO size with CUDA and Lightning-Shrink enabled is about 17.6 GB, whereas the software only compression ISO size is 22.9 GB. I have noticed this on several backups I have made recently where compression is required, and the CUDA Lightning-Shrink seems to be compressing the final ISO image far to much... I have one backup where the final ISO image is only 13 GB, when it should be about 22.9 GB. My video card is: [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 : 9.18.13.4465 : 3.0].
I hope this problem is under review as having to use software compression takes a lot longer to compress (3-4hrs compared to 30-45min).
