Can I install, in different locations, two different versions of DVDFab 9 so that I could run either of them. Not both at the same time.

Yes you can, I use to have about 20 different versions installed and running
Here is an old link of mine for general instructions http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showpost.php?...88&postcount=2 this was with version 8 but the same principles apply for version 9.
