I've been using DVD Copy for years without any problems. I just purchased Blu-ray Copy and DVDfab crashes everytime I insert a blu-ray disc. I've tried many different discs without success. Log file is attached.

The log is returning a "?" for the region code. Check in common settings that the region for BR is set and set for your BR drive as well.How to post the internal log
