    "Alien" blu ray problem

    Hi all,

I am attempting to back up a copy of "Alien". When the movie loads, DVDfab gives me "an unknown error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at the DVDfab website". I just upgraded to 9.1.8.8 so this is not an option. Any advice would be helpful!

    MUCH THANKS!

I'm trying to post the internal log but it is saying I have 6 images in my message even though I don't see any. I'm going to try to break it up into a few posts

It is maybe a fab server connect error.
            You can try again.
