I have not been able to rip Iron Man blu ray to DB25. The compressor causes my PC to crash. I can rip it ok to BD50 (no compression). Same thing when I try to use any compression at all. I've read that turning off GPU acceleration will fix this but it doesn't appear to allow this since the option is greyed-out. Am using a NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GT card with an Intel Quad core and Vista x64.

Did you try ripping to hard drive first uncompressed (BD50) then use the file as your source in fab to compress to desired size for burning>? I had vista 64 and found it glitchy with my sata controller.
