I was just wondering if I should enable both Lightning-Recoding and Lightning-Shrink? My video card is:
Graphics Chipset :
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Driver Version: 9.18.13.4788
Supported Video Codecs :
CUDA_MODE_H264
CUDA_MODE_VC1
CUDA_MODE_MPEG2
DXVA_MODE_H264
DXVA_MODE_VC1
DXVA_MODE_MPEG2
I have noticed that when I go into the settings, it seems that Lightning-Shrink is enabled as I have set it, but Lightning-Recoding seems to be unchecked (although I'm pretty sure I checked it before).
Is it better to use one or the other, or both?
