Why an ISO file from BDAV disk cant open?

Hi, dear DVDFab stuffs,

I have a question.
I was wondering that if it would be possible for you to tell....Could you tell?

I think DVDFab cant open any ISO file from BDAV disk. Error message shows every time.

Like...
Failed to open c:\\xxxxxxx\DVDFab9\SONY_BD_RECORDER_VOLUME.iso
Please check if its playable.


**DVDFab for mac and DVDFab for Win both the same.


Not support any ISO file from BDAV disk?

It is OS X? It is bootcamp Win7? or any reason?

You might try cloning, make a bit for bit copy. Recorders are famous for nonstandard structures that give transcoders/encoders a fit.
