Whenever I tried to back my 3d blu Rays by cloning them. I get the above error message. This happens on the earlier versions of Fab like 82.3 or Fab 8. I am using Any DVD for encryption service. This does not happen when I back up regular bluray. What should I do?

Tried the latest version fab.
Check the disc, is it Bad disc?User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)
DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:
For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
