National Treasure ISO created is too big to fit???

I decided to start backing up my older blu ray movies this week.

I put in National Treasure, opened Blu-Ray Copy and choose my usual, "FULL DISC" mode, checked to save it as an ISO, and let it do it's thing.

It completed it successfully without any issues.

I went to my folder of my ISO image and it says it created a 26GB file????
Not the usual 23GB or less.

When I opened IMGBURN software, it tells me it's too big for my 25GB disc.

This has never happened where it's created bigger than a blank disc size.

In fact, I've been so darn lucky to never have any issues with DVD Fab.

Does anyone have any advice on what's gone wrong here?

    Thanks,

An easily overlooked possibility, check the output setting. See attached:

Thank you for answering me. Yes, I checked that the second time I tried and it was right around 23GB.

Any other ideas that I could check?

Any ideas on anything else to try? I posted my logs yesterday morning.

            I would be forever grateful.

There is a ton of stuff that is not being compressed and my guess it's menus and extra stuff. Try main movie to a BD25 see if that will work. If you are dead set on a full disc get a BD50 blank and clone it.
