Unknown error when opening Kingsmen

I am not sure where to find the log files for this issue

I get exactly the same error when opening We Still Kill The Old Way.

Just read in another thread that is is a database problem and to try again in a few hours when it should be fixed.
Will try again in the morning and post an update.

Getting the same message all day, on every blu-ray I try.

Apparently that error was related to the Decryption outage. It is working at this point.
