I was getting this a lot on this movie, too. There is a specific playlist that works for this particular movie and for the life of me I can't remember which one, but look into this area first. The file playlist has been jumbled and it seems to show that copy protection screen very early into the movie. I panicked because I play all of my movies on HTPC's and at first I wondered how it even showed up on there. Later I realized it was because I didn't choose the correct playlist.
