Updated to windows 10 now wont copy :-(

    Updated to windows 10 now wont copy :-(

    Hi have just up dated pc to windows 10 now when I go to back up "last knights" it gets to the part in the picture and freezes with just the clock going up. Any help please? I have disabled all virus protection but still get no joy.

      Sounds like a clean uninstall might be in order. Download installer to your computer and install as administrator.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
