Xbox 1 won't play neither blu-ray copy nor dvd copy

Hello folks,
I posted about the issues while back, and I don't know if there is fix now for it or not. My Xbox 1 won't play the copy of my Blu-ray and now it starts displaying an error code when I tried to play the copy of my Jurassic world: the error says sorry you not authorized to play this DVD. Does any one is having a similar issue.
