Blu Ray to MP4

DVD Fab doesn't come up saying Completed/Finished.
States that it is 99% complete, but this is after 9hours 50 minutes!!!
Can I cancel it and it still be there in MP4 format?

Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
