new blu ray, so clea disc but:

17m 29.62s: read error: 11 2152396 2161035 2156224 98
19m 58.54s: read error: 11 2152396 2161035 2156224 98

protection problem or bad disc?

look at the disc under a bright light at an angle
and see if there any bad spots imperfections ect.
try cleaning the disc again.
