DVDFab crashes when compressing Hellboy 2 to BD25

DVDfab says it's encountered an error and needs to close at 3% when trying to compress Hellboy 2 to BD25. Region 1.

Task_1 failed! Error=1010(filter_external_process fabcore_is_exit)

We don't have this disc..
Is anybody has this issue with HELLBOY 2?
