I have tried to shrink 'The 5th Wave' and it doesn't fit on 25gb disk. I tried to different settings (smaller 25gb disk) and that didn't work either. Note the uploaded files. I'm also using CUDA.

How do you get the Blu-ray folder?
I've tried to compress the same source and work well. The result is 22.2 GB.
Could you please try the orignal disc?
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

I copied the disk onto an external hard drive. (USB 3.0). I can try on another computer of which I copied it onto the hard disk.

I did a couple more testings. CUDA makes a 29.8 gb file which cannot be put on a 25 gb disk. Intel Quick Sync makes a 23.0 gb file and can be copied onto disk.
There is quite a difference between the two formats for copying.
