Fails to Initalize

As soon as I start the program I get the message "Failed to initialize burning engine." (See attached files)

Put the store brought disk in the drive.

The burning engine initialized failed problem should be fixed after doing a clean uninstall and reinstall.

Is it a DVD or Blu-ray disc? Is it an ISO file? And drive L is the virtual drive?

From the old log file, there are three drives in your PC, but could not be detected in DVDFab 9321. Maybe the problem is caused by this, please do the clean uninstall and reinstall first and see the result again.
