cannot clear open task so file is locked

Unaccountably, the file under "Tasks" as shown below is locked and cannot be accessed by another program. Clearing history does not remove the task nor does terminating dvdfab.exe. How do I remove the entry under "Tasks". I assume dvdfab is locking the file as I cannot open it remotely. I brought up each of the dialog boxes but did not see that (or any) task listed. It was the last task I had processed so I assume it was not closed properly???

Try restarting your computer and see if that clears it
It may be just stuck.
