Latest vs BD copy hangs

I have latest vs of DVDFab BD Copy. The last two movies that I have tried to make Backup copyies would not work.

The movie loads into DVDFab Movie Only. Shows that it has is loaded and starts processing. It processes for 20 or so minuites and does nothing. If I let it go on and on trying to process it says it fails. The first one I tried was
The Postman and now I am trying Fire With Fire.

What logs, etc do I need to post in order for someone to help me with this
problem.

Windows 10 8 GB of memory. Pioneer internal DVD RW discs.

Fab internal log just the movie logs your having trouble with.The last movie done is on the bottom of the list.Don't need the whole folder cut and paste them then attach them here as a attachment.Also post the burn log if a burn problem.

Do it again or show me the log were it says it fails i want to see what error's if any it lists.Post the whole Fab internal log for this move.Make sure the disk is clean and free of deep scratches they cause read error's.
