Any one having a problem with passengers us. It only does about 9 gig's of the movie. Around 45 min of it

Start dvdfab, In the upper right hand corner- click the triangle - open log folder, need internal log files

Your getting read errors, try cleaning the disc again try again.

The movie wouldn't play in my standalone so I returned it and got another copy. This one backed up fine. No need to send logs. Thanks
