Error coping bd to bd

This means nothing to me as I am new to all of this. Can anyone help and maybe explain a fix or a way to make this disc copy. It is The Incredible Hulk.

I am unsure of what that error code means, but I recently had errors attempting to convert BD to BD and the issue was resolved by changing the GPU acceleration method under the General settings.

When set to use CUDA, it would fail, whereas changing it to DXVA or disabling GPU acceleration produced no error.

Thanks for the help but when I go to that part it doesn't allow me to do anything as far as checking or unchecking.
