Audio Missing on BD-R 25GB Disc

hello, there !
using DVDfab6 I extracted a main movie. i.e. BD50 to Main Movie (BD25)
when I try to put data directly on BD-R 25GB the voice is missing.
Then on second try, I saved Main Movie (BD25) on Hard Drive. Voice is there in this data. But when I put this data on Blank BD-R 25GB disc, voice is missing.
can anyone please suggest what should I do?

what setup are you trying to playback this disc on?

receiver? TV speakers? PC? etc (what model?)

I tried playing this disc on PC & PS3. But no voice
